Perputual Teenager

She might play the part of a giant monster on the movie, Monsters & Aliens, but Reese Witherspoon is certainly not one in real life. The 32 year old actress has the face and body of a teenager which makes it hard to believe she is a mother of two children, Ava, and Deacon whom she shares with her ex, Ryan Phillippe.

Reese keeps trim with a combination of cardio and yoga workouts which includes running three miles at least four times a week where she often sweats it out with her boyfriend, actor Jake Gyllenhaal, as well as hourlong treadmill, strength-training workouts, and 90-minute yoga classes. Her diet includes healthy food such as fish and veggies.
