From Baby Phat to Baby Kenzo

Kimora Lee Simmons and her partner, actor Djimon Hounsou, welcomed a baby boy together whom they named Kenzo. Formerly the creative director of Baby Phat, she became CEO of Phat fashions after her ex spouse, hip-hop mogul Russell Simmons who is the father of her two daughters, Ming Lee and Aoki Lee, stepped down.

For two seasons, In 2007 and 2008, Kimora had her own reality show, "Kimora: Life in the Fab Lane" which chronicled her daily life and routine, along with her relationship with her daughters who model for Baby Phat fashions.  Prior to her television show in 2006 she wrote a book entitled, "Fabulosity: What It It And How to Get It".  This book is set to function as a 'lifestyle manual' on everything from spirituality and finances to fashion and beauty.

Besides running a fashion empire Kimora also launched four perfumes for women: Goddess, Golden Goddess, Seductive Goddess, and Baby Phat Fabulosity.  She has been a co-host of Sony's television syndicated talk show, "Life & Style" and  appeared in small roles in television and films as well as music videos and was one of the judges in "America's Next Top Model, Cycle 1".
