Nutrient rich drinks such as Crystal Light Skin Essentials  which can be found at your local grocery store for just $5 a box are the latest trend among celebrities such as Kate Walsh, Vanessa Minnillo, and Kellie Pickler.  They attribute their glowing skin to the electrolytes and vitamins that are added to water.  Supposedly the supplements in the mix are absorbed by the skin much more than just drinking plain water and are probably more pleasant for the taste buds.
